DTU Webinar: Energy Islands - A Mars mission for the Danish energy system
Denmark has embarked on a challenging mission to design, plan, construct and operate two energy islands in the North Sea respectively the Baltic Sea next to Bornholm.
Leading researchers from DTU and AAU have come together to discuss how the energy islands will transform the power system and which solutions are needed to accommodate this transformation. Their key messages are summarised in the White Paper and will be presented and discussed at the webinar.
Representatives from the Danish energy sector will discuss challenges and opportunities of this transformation.
Questions and comments from the audience are very welcome.
